BROOKSHAWS OF NANTWICH is a family owned and run specialist meat supplier established forty years ago, specialising in dry cured bacon, game, Cheshire and Welsh lamb, Cheshire Pork, Free range poultry, home made sausages, Peachcroft bronze turkey and Peachcroft free range geese.
Wild Venison and Wild Boar; Our excellent selection of both Wild Venison and Wild Boar products are an ever popular seller. Both product ranges are available in whole saddles, haunches, fillets, medallions, shoulders, boned and rolled joints. Our major supplier of Venison is the Forest Enterprise providing Venison from sustainably managed woodlands.
We have developed a very close working relationship with the British Wild Boar Association and their members. We also have dedicated UK Suppliers of Wild Boar who produce solely for us, ensuring total traceability and origin.
Wild Game; Daily fresh supplies in season direct from the shoots. Pheasant, Partridge, Grouse, Wood Pigeon, Mallard, Snipe, Woodcock equally demand the care and attention to preparation and exacting standards as Venison.
Christmas Specialities; Christmas is a time to indulge your taste-buds and enjoy food produced by farmers dedicated to providing you with the highest quality and flavour.
Royal Roast; Why not try something entirely different at Christmas and sample Peach Croft Farm’s unique Royal Roast? Available from mid-November, this delicious product contains only the very best free range goose, chicken and wild pheasant, which has been boned and rolled, with a delicious orange and cranberry stuffing, to form a succulent and easy carving joint. (Please note this stuffing does contains nuts).
